Meet Mary Fischer: The Heart and Soul of Raegan's Legacy Dog Bakery
Mary Fischer, the founder of Raegan's Legacy Dog Bakery, is a testament to the profound love and dedication a pet parent can have for their fur babies. Her journey began out of concern for the ingredients used in commercial dog food and their sources.
In 2014, when her beloved dog Raegan became a fussy eater, Mary embarked on a mission to provide healthier, homemade alternatives. She consulted with veterinarians and researched pet-safe human ingredients, eventually creating a homemade diet for Raegan. The transformation in Raegan's energy levels, coat, and overall health was so remarkable that Mary decided to feed her homemade meals to all her fur babies.
In 2021, a beautiful portrait titled "The Three Queens" was commissioned by Mary's niece, Sydney. The portrait featured Raegan front and center, flanked by her two sisters, Kristina and Mishka. Tragically, Raegan passed away on August 22, 2022, leaving a void in the family.
However, life has a way of moving forward. In May 2023, a new member was added to the family - a king named Igor (eye-gore). If you know Mary's husband, you'll understand the significance of the name.
Mary's journey didn't stop there. She continued to refine her dog treat recipes and research the nutritional value of each ingredient. Her commitment to providing the best for her furbabies led to the start of Raegan's Legacy Dog Bakery in honor of Raegan.
Today, Raegan's Legacy Dog Bakery stands as a testament to Mary's love for her pets and her dedication to providing other pet parents with healthier food options for their fur babies. It's a legacy of love, care, and the unbreakable bond between humans and their pets.
